Birth by Design- We know every birth is unique. That is why we give you the opportunity to talk one on one with a nurse about your wishes for the delivery of your baby. This appointment will enable you to design a customized plan for your baby's birth  and complete the pre-registration process. The appointment should be after your 30th week of pregnancy; however, we encourage you to schedule the appointment between your 25th & 28th weeks. Doula (Labor Coach) - The Doula Program provides greater support during your pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Studies have shown that the use of a doula results in less need for a pain medication, fewer interventions during childbirth and a lower incidence of cesarean section. Nurse Family Partnership - If you are expecting your first child, you may be eligible to have a registered nurse visit you in your home during your pregnancy and the first two years of your child's life. This program will prepare you for childbirth and the challenges of being a new parent. For more information, please call 303-629-3756.
