Mai Lee, MD
Dr. Mai Lee graduated from University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, Denver Colorado in 1995. She did her Internal Medicine Internship at University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington, Vermont from 1995-1996 and her Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Vermont Medical Medical Center in Burlington, VT from 1996-1998.
She was a Clinical Instructor of Medicine at the University of Vermont, Burlington, VT from 1996-1998, worked as Internist in Inpatient Physicians Company in 2001. Was an Internist at Kaiser Permanente from 1998-2005 and and Internist with Belmar Medical and Acupunture Center from 2006 to 2008. She joined Rocky Mountain Primary Care, NW in November of 2008.
Dr. Lee's philosophy is to treat her patients as a family member and how she would want her own family to be cared for. She also listens to her patients and what they are telling her.
Dr. Lee provides NMIM patients with several added services not found in many Internal Medicine practices including Vascular Doppler (ABI) studies to check blood pressure in your legs, and Electrical Neuromuscular Stimulation (ENS) which, like Acupuncture, is used to treat musculoskeletal pain.
She is married with three children and keeps very busy with her family and her family is very important to her. She enjoys, cooking, skiing, traveling and spending time with her family in the beautiful rocky mountains.
